The Excel System Warranty provides a 25‑year product and applications assurance, confirming that your installed Excel cabling system meets the relevant industry performance standards for its class. Designed to give long‑term confidence and peace of mind, the warranty ensures your system will continue to support the applications it was tested and designed to carry.

What Products the Warranty Covers

The 25-year warranty covers all Excel copper, fibre optic and voice cabling systems and the Environ racks when they are installed as part of a total Excel solution.   The Elevate fibre fibre optic, fibre duct, racks (when installed as part of a total Elevate solution) and cold and hot aisle containment* are also covered by the 25-year warranty when they are installed by an accredited partner. 

NOTE: While Elevate Cold/Hot Aisle Containment systems may be included within the system warranty, all associated electrical components carry a one‑year manufacturer’s warranty and/or guarantee only and are excluded from the extended system warranty period. In addition, for Excel and Elevate PDUs it includes a 3 year warranty when installed as part of a complete Excel Solution.

Permanent Link Warranty as Standard

Every certified installation is covered by a Permanent Link warranty, ensuring long term performance and compliance. A Channel warranty is also available on application for projects requiring full channel assurance.

Performance & Bandwidth Assurance

Who Can Provide the Warranty?

The Excel System Warranty is available exclusively when a system is: Designed, supplied and installed by an accredited Excel PartnerInstalled and tested in full accordance with Excel and industry standards  This accreditation ensures every warranted installation meets the highest levels of quality, performance and compliance.

How the Warranty Process Works
System installation and testing
Once the cabling system installation is complete, full site testing must be carried out in line with Excel guidelines.
Online warranty application
The accredited Excel Partner applies for the warranty via the Excel Partner Portal at www.excel-networking.com, within 60 days of the final test result date.
Review and approval
The Excel Warranty Team reviews the submitted information to ensure it is complete and compliant.
Certification issued
Once approved, warranty certification is issued and made available for download via the Partner Portal. Until the certificate is issued, the installation is not covered by the warranty.
Applications containing the required information in the correct format are typically processed within 48 hours.
How to Apply
Warranty applications are submitted through the Excel Partner Area. Only accredited Excel Partners can issue a 25-Year Warranty, ensuring installations meet our strict technical and quality standards.
