Sustainability is increasingly influencing how products are designed, packaged and delivered. By working closely with our manufacturing partners, we are embedding circular thinking into product development by considering how materials are sourced, used, recovered and reused.

Designing More Sustainable Products

Working with our manufacturing partners we are working towards:

Reducing reliance on virgin materials where possible

Increasing recycled content across packaging and components

Designing products and packaging for recyclability and recovery

Supporting reuse models for transport packaging and installation materials

Our focus is not only on reducing impacts during manufacture, but also on improving product performance and responsibility across the wider lifecycle, including installation, maintenance and end-of-life management.

These improvements demonstrate our ongoing commitment to reducing carbon impact through smarter material selection and product design.

GOP (Grid Outlet Position) Boxes

Redesigned eco-enhanced GOP Boxes

Made from over 80% recycled plastic, providing a lighter, stronger and more sustainable alternative to the previous metal series.

Product quality

They deliver reliable impact resistance, achieving an IK06 rating suitable for everyday installation environments such as raised floors.

Enbeam Fibre Optic Panel

Embodied carbon reduction

The redesigned Enbeam hybrid fibre optic panel reduces embodied carbon from 20.249 kgCO2e to 12,945kgCO2e per panel, representing a 36% reduction.

Large savings

Based on 2025 volumes, this change is estimated to deliver around 171,979kgCO2e in carbon savings.
